Prince William County Code Enforcement violation. Criminal charges filed for trying to improve home. Show cause order issued in Circuit Court on appeal. New case filed by code enforcement alleging a second offense, setting up jail time and fines. Issues of entrapment and impasse being treated with disregard.

No notice, hearing or due process extended on initial violation notice. Unlawful entry onto property on multiple occasions while away from property. Damage done to property which may prove to be irreparable. All defenses presented treated with disregard.
